skin tags or warts

I've noticed these skin growths at the top of my clitoris and I'm worried they may be warts. I put the a vinegar solution on them, but they didn't turn white. How effective is the vinegar test? they don't itch and they are flesh colored and there are about 4 of them and you can only see them if I pull my clitoris. They look like a raised mole or skin tags. i can't seem to find any pictures of them online.

One of the easiest ways I've been able to tell is by feeling for very small but hard tips on the tags. It's like the wart comes to a slight point, and at that point it should be firmer. If you can't squeeze out a hair or anything of the sort, then it could be a wart. Which isn't a big deal! Try not to worry about it...

I have never tried the vinegar test, but when I first noticed my HPV infection I thought they were skin tags.  I went to a doctor immediately and learned that these growths were the result of HPV and not skin tags like I presumed.  Your best bet is to get to a doctor ASAP and until you know what they are, don't worry.
