smal bumps around my anus

smal bumps around my anus

I have 3 very small little bumps around my anus.  1 is litterally on my anus, and the other 2 are very close together and are on the area of skin between my anus and where my ball sack starts.  They do not hurt, nor do they itch.  I can usually only tell they are there when I wash my butt in the shower or when I am wiping.  They feel hard and are a light color.  They have been there for a few months and do not seem to be getting any bigger or smaller.  It seems when they are dry, I can "play" with them as if they were little skin tags or moles that stick up above the skin.  They seem fleshy.  Anyway, I have been in a commited gay relationship with my boyfriend and I just want to get some feed back on what someone may think that they could be.  I have read a lot, and it seems there are a lot of things they could be, and do not have to be anal warts.  I shave my butt frequently, and do have anal sex.  I just want all of the facts to be out there so I can get a good response.  They do not seem like anal warts..... but I guess I really don't know.
If I pick at them, and I only have once, they hurt... but if I leave them alone, which I always do, I can not even thell that they are there.

They resemble white heads, or a zit, or a fleshy mole.  Very small and hard.

Sounds like HPV to me but only a doctor can tell. I had a wart very close to my anus before I ever had anal sex. Unfortunately during foreplay, skin touches skin alot and that's where most genital wart transmission occurs.

No one can confirm what they are just via discussion or even pics. You will need to see a doc to be sure. If you look at my pics you can see I had the same concern as my (vaginal) warts seemed like skin tags. You can have moles or even common warts in these areas but you know you have been sexually active and HPV is very common. My warts don't hurt at all, I don't mess with them, they are not in an area I shave but be aware shaving can cause spreading of warts. You can trim the area rather than shave to prevent this. Regardless of the time frame of your relationship you could have had HPV in your system for some time and it is just now causing symptoms. Have you discussed your concerns with your bf so he is aware? :)
