transmission between partners

If i ahev HPV and my girlfriend has HPV can we transmit it to each other after we are both treated for it can we still transmit it to each other over and over again?

No as you both have the same strain in your bodys. There is no evidence that having intercourse with someone who has the same strain you have untreated will cause you to have an outbreak.

Well I got the virus off her so it must be the same strain. If we both have the same strain and she gets rid of her warts but i'm still undergoing treatment will she contract it again/ will the warts resurface?

I'm guessing you both have the sam strain of HPV. You cannot reinfect each other as you already have it in your system. You will aways have HPV in your body, it just lays dormant in 6-24 months.
