thanks so much for the response! this has taken it toll on me for sure.. i know for sure its not H1/H2 or warts due to a friend having both. to explain best this lump is at the top, under my clitoris.. should it get any bigger it can completely block the opening of my virgina! i this that is why i was feeling it while having sex.. we have stopped and i am going to try "sit baths" because the pain has gotten so bad.. i can not sit down without feeling it, nor wear jeans.

thank you for the responses, i am looking into everything mentioned, clinics and all!  =/

hi,
Im sorry to hear that you are so alone and dealing with this situation. it sounds like you have an absess of some sort. this is very common with momen as we shave and wax and cream etc, my mother had one removed from the very area a few years ago and from what you described, thats what it sounds like to me. Warts are usually painless, whereas absesses are very sore and its an infection with poison in it, thats probably what is causing the pain.Im not a doctor but it may just be that. in the mean time, you mentioned you dont have any medical insurance, why not talk to your pharmacist and see what they would recommend. Here i go again with my natural cures, i love aromatheraphy and have suggested to a friend of mine who had suffered with them all over her body to use a compress twice daily on the absess to draw it out, then make a mixture of Sweet Almond oil (30 drops), Tea Tree oil (15 drops), and Lavender (5 drops). Rub it into the area twice daily for as long as it is there and for 2 weeks after.it got rid of them and they never came back.so give it a go, you have nothing to lose. In the mean time, try and see a doctor as a proper diagsnosis is important and will give you peace of mind.

As big as a marble? That's pretty big. But it's possible to be HPV. HPV can be raised or flat, and is usually skin colored, and I believe they are painless as well. But don't forget that there are many other mups and bumps that can occur in the groin region, ecspecially in women. Your best bet would be to get on some sort of state medical program or go to a county clinic and do testing for STDs. There is currently no HPV testing available for males. Also, try to refrain from having any sort of oral sex until you find out what the problem is.
I just want to emphasize that it's very important to get tested if you think you may have HPV since some strains of the STD can cause cervical cancer, although that is less likely if you have the type that cause genital warts. But not only that, you could go onto develop PID if left untreated. There are ways to get rid of genital warts by getting them frozen or lasered off.
