Pain 3 yrs after hysterectomy

I had a partial hysterectomy in 2006, I was 22 at the time, the doctor only took my left ovary and left tube out, and then in 2008 I was 24 at this time, I had a total hysterectomy, everything was taken out then, well now here for the past couple days I have been cramping, like period cramping, and it gets really painful, I mean to the point of crying, and I was wanting to see if maybe anyone could give me a clue as to what it could be.

hi
The most common possibilities would be endometrial tissue (did u have endometrosis?)
also scar tissue or adhessions. all of these can be dealt with surgically , it would not be as serious a surgery as prior more a corrective one.

Please phone your dr and make an appointment for some testing they will likely do trans vag ultrasound,,,

good luck
