I really need some help!!!

I am 26.  I have 3 children.  In 2004 I had what I thought would be my last child, a dermoid cyst removed,  and my tubes tyed.  In 2006  I found out the my doctor made a mistake .  He removed my right ovary and tyed my left tube .  Later in 2006. I had a tubal pregnancy and a ruptured cyst removed.  In 2007 I had my wonderful  surprise my LAST child.  I have never been the same since.  I have an almost constant cramp . A  stinky discharge that will not go away even after being on 7 different antibiotics I have always had a regular on time period but now i am always very late and I flood.  It is also very painful and it makes me very weak. To top it all off it now hurts when I have sex.  I have tryed birth control I would not stop bleeding.  what is going on with me would my doctor take me serious if i asked for a hysterectomy.  I am so tired of this.  It has been 2 years now.  Has anyone else had these problems.I would love to hear any advice.  I am at my witts end.

hello and thankyou for the advice.  yes I had another child after my tubal preg.  i dont know why they didnt correct everything.  i am glad they didnt then i wouldnt have my last child.  god works in strange ways.  you said it sounds like endoemtrosis or andeomyosis.  what is that?  Iwas fine before my last chid.  do you always have these problems or do they show up with time.  do these things affect your hormones?  I have alot more headaches,  Iam growing more face hair and losing way to much hair from my head.  I know all of those are signs of hormone problems.  i have beged the doc. to test my hormones but they won't.  why wont they listen to me.  thankyou so very much

You have two serious symptoms that jump right out at me the smell that indeed indicats infection,,,yet no antibiotic seems to help and the pain during intercorse with increased bleeding indicates a problem, likely andeomyosis or endoemtrosis.other possibilities. In the end no matter what the cause you want the pain to stop . I hear you on that. You are the customer, your doctor is the business. Do you have the right to ask for a hysterectomy yes. I would strongly urge you to get an acurate diagnosis first.

I am not real clear did you have a 4th child? I got the tubal pregnancy, and ruptured cyst( I had a ruptured cyst very painful huh)  curious why they didnt correct the untied tube at that time ,,you had another child after the tubal?

As for has anyone else had these troubles I have I had endo for years a few lap sugeries a few d and  c's ,,,turned into andeomyosis. I refused Leupron.opted for a hysterectomy followed a year later with a BSO, I do not regret my decision. Many women do, I think its because they dont get their hormones right. I am taking bio-identical..I am by no means advocating you get a hysterectomy,.You need to study A LOT before you make that decision. It is a very painful operation and a difficult recovery.
