Blocked right tube, what next?

Hi! I had hycosy test last week and they detected right blocked tube, it was painfull! They weren't so informative just concerned, so I am seeking some advice. I will visit my gyno in coule of weeks, just need some time for research. Can they ublocked in Laparoscopy? I was told that there is a surgery where they can unblocked but there is a high risk of hurting another tube. I am affraid of ectopic pregnancy, they said there is always some risk with blocked tube, but doesn't have to be if everything go well. After 3.5years of trying, this could be some sign where to start. If you have any experience with one blocked tube, plese give me advice. Last time my gyno has told me there is no need to do Laparoscopy, but if I want to she can do it, coz the surgery is invasive.

Hi,
Thanks for the query
Well I think you mean  to say a hysteroscopy is showing  a blocked tube. So if there is blockage in one tube don’t worry because you have two fallopian tubes and ovulation takes place alternatively every month so there are chances that you will conceive from the normal tube. And as far as surgical correction is concerned the treating doctor or another  gynaecologist  can tell you better . There are also other methods  to help you in conception kindly ask your gynaecologist for the same.
Wish you Good Health
