Arthritis symptom tracker (including medications, baseline function, responses to various activities, measures used for pain relief (ice/heat, elevation, wrapping, tens machine, chiropractor, joint injection, NSAIDs, ASA, rest, Stretches or other exercises, Xrays, surgeries, activity levels ability, supports used for activities of daily living (cane, crutch, walker, rollator, motorized chair).

The pain tracker is now available. To add it, go to My MedHelp, look for your trackers shortcut panel, and click Add a Tracker. The new pain tracker will be listed as an option. Thanks for the suggestion!
