I was able to upload a photo after I figured out which page it had to be.  Thanks!  However, today it isn't working out for me.

It will look as if it's going to upload, and then blips over to "website cannot be reached."  When it does that, I am still signed onto medhelp, no problem.  I thought maybe it was trying to upload to another page, but couldn't really see what was going on.

Is it just me, or is there a problem with uploading today?

Thank you.

I'm glad I was able to help.

As long as it wasn't on the Dr. Expert Forum (which have limited daily questions), it's probably ok to start a new thread if you want to include a medically-related photo.

MedHelp will have to answer the other half of your question about the photo feature being availabe in the future in the comment section.

Also, keep in mind. a photo may only be included in the original question and not in a reply to a post.

I figured that out, finally--no photos on comments.  Will there be in the future?  I started a new thread for a photo intended for another thread.  I hated to do it...

You may be on the wrong page -- that is why you may not see the area to upload a photo.  Also, keep in mind. a photo may only be included in the original question and not in a reply to a post.

First, click on the "post question" icon, then scroll down towards the bottom of the page and you will see an area marked "photo"  -- click on the box for "add a photo" -- then hit "browse" and upload the photo from your computer.

Hope this helps,

Cheryl

I must be stupid--I can't see where the "Post Comment" form says "Add a photo."  Or am I in the wrong screen?

Thanks.
