Problems in sync with iPhone

I had problems in the synchronization between the data in website and in iPhone: I usually load data into the Diary either in iPhone or in my macbook pro.
When I do a sync, personal data changes in height and weight, and that varies the amount of daily calories (the result is sometime funny). In the attached pictures you can see: in A), B), C) the correct value of height, weight and calories. In D), E), F) the wrong values that appear after synchronization. If I change the data on me iPhone by re-entering the correct data, in the next synchronization are the website data to be modified, see in G) and H). I suggest that the problem may derive from the Anglo-Saxon notation of the website and the European one in iPhone's app (example: 1,950.36 vs 1.950,36), but it is only a hypothesis.

Hi again, and you're not disturbing me -- that's what this area's for! :-)

I don't have access to those emails, but they're very responsive and you should receive a response shortly.  It was a great idea to attach the screenshot, btw -- that should make things clearer for them.

Hi Claire,
thank you for your reply: do you think that someone will send me a tech feedback about my request (email, ...)? Since I have not yet experienced the website, let me make you two more questions: I have attached some screenshot to my message taken from the iPhone and PC, but I cannot see them "near" the message: could you tell me if my message arrived with them or not? Eventually, if not, with an email address where to, I could send them again (if you think that might be useful to solve the problem): I'm sorry to have disturbed you again, anyway, thanks
