My password's not working, please help!

I recently just tried to log in to my account username patient49, and my password didn't work. I tried several times to have a password resent, and the ones medhelp was sending me also didn't work. So now I am wondering, can someone tell me why? Has my account been suspended? I don't think this would be fair! Please someone talk to me. I have now had to create a new account under patient94! My other account that I cant get into is patient49, it means a lot to me and others, and I can see it is still up, but I have no access to it. Can some medhelp agent help?? Thank you! Ash

Hi Ash,

I can assure you that your account has not been suspended on either account. I am not sure why you do not have access to your old account, but I can get someone to look into it for you.

Thanks for your patience!
