Symptoms tracker/med keeper
A symptoms chart or journal.
I have noticed as I get older I have more med to deal with, vitamins, etc. I write it down on a piece of paper, and try to make sure I am taking everything at the proper time. Maybe you could add something that would help make this an easier task.
