Trackers

I love the trackers idea, but I found the weight tracker hard to figure out. Could you put directions for use someplace with the tracker? That would be great!

Hi, borrowedtrouble50,

You can keep track of just about anything, from your attitude to your weight.:)  These little tools are useful for organizing your meds and foods, getting an overview of your symptom patterns, monitoring trends (e.g., weight gain/loss), and providing you with something to show your doctor so that he/she has a clearer picture of what's going on in your life.

What exactly is "tracker" for? What is it we're supposed to track?

Hi,

When you add the tracker, it takes you through a short tutorial that walks you through the major features of the tracker and ends with how to input data. Did you walk through the tutorial?

If so, after you did the tutorial, what was confusing? What particular questions do you have? We'd be happy to create a health page on this, but it would help if we knew what issues you experienced.

Thanks,
