Change White to another color

For those of us sensitive to bright lights at night, it would be great if the overall background color, which is currently white, could be changed (or toggled) to an equally functional shade of gray.

To be clear, I'm not talking about the individual tracker colors but the white background behind the trackers and the white background on the home page.

It used to have a faded yellow backdrop, which was easier on the eyes than the bright white and blue.  I do agree it would be nice to have a choice to pick darker colors.

Oh (insert expletives here) yes!  I'd like green on black, personally, but just toning down the bright white would be awesome.
