Trackers

Is there a way to add stuff to trackers? For instance, for the headache tracker, the med I take isn't one of the med's listed and the sleep tracker doesn't include a checkbox for cpap, which would be a way more common thing to do or not do than a sleep study, which is one of the choices.

Hi - if you go to the top of the screen, there is a link on the blue toolbar that says "Health Tools."  Hover over that and when the menu drops down you should see a link to "All Trackers."  From there you can explore our selection of trackers.  Let us know if you have any other questions. We're happy to help!

Thanks for the suggestion. Currently you cannot add things to the trackers yourself. If you would like to share with us the medication you're taking for your headaches, we'd be happy to add it to the Headache Tracker for you.

CPAP is already on the list of new additions for the Sleep Tracker and will be added in the next round of updates.

Thanks,
