I read the directions for password change that was given for another member.. I clicked on My Med Help and only get the HOME PROFILE and TRACKERS.. 1 inch below that is the X with CLOSE. Can you help further? I don't see settings or my account.

You have to be on your profile page (My medhelp -> profile) then you'll see the toolbar.

Your answer to Henny Penny.  There is not an option that says "Account Settings"  I also wish to change my password.  NO account settings.

Hi Hennypenny815,

Underneath the x with the "close" should be an option that says "Account Settings."  If you click that link, you'll be taken to an account page titled "Notifications."  Just beside the "Notifications" you should see "Login and Password."  Click that link and log in (you're already logged in, but this provides a layer of privacy protection for you in case you leave your account open on a shared computer).  Once you've logged in again you should see an option to change your password.

If you have problems with this, please let me know.
