Hi, we are not doctors on here now, but I am a microbiologist and can give you advice. It is possible that you either have an infection from the surgery or an allergy to any drugs they may have given you. I would see your doctor as either way it is important to see them for this.

Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? The itchy skin can be associated with your gall bladder condition. If you were advised to have your gall bladder removed, it is best that you seek another doctor's opinion for proper evaluation. Further diagnostic tests including blood tests and imaging studies may also be done. Take care and do keep us posted.
