Chronic Vaginal Itch

I am a 30year old female.
Had sexual contact with a guy after 6 years of practising calibacy. He tried vaginal sex and when he could not penetarte enough he tried anal and same thing happened. He got probably half inch in and then he tried vaginal again and same thing happened(penetration of about half to 1 inch vaginally).
He tied manually afterwards to arouse me and in the process tore bit of my vaginal skin, leading to bleeding in the morning. It lasted for 2 days and after it stopped I started getting this bad itch vaginally more then anal.
Is it possible to have the bad bacteria from anus transferred into Vagina? I got tested for all STDs including HIV and everything is -ve.
Doctors think I have an allergic rxn to something and ignoring it while its driving me crazy.
Please provide some insight as to what type of bacteria can get transferred and how to resolve it..Its been almost 2 months now, need help

Yes it could be an allergy to Tide. It maybe dermatitis. I wouldn't use that any more. Many people break out from that. You can try an over the counter hydrocortisone if it doesn't go away.

Yeah, very localized and dont itch very much and not yellow or crusty at all. Havnt been spreading since I got them and must be a month ago, I can touch and feel them but they are barely visible.
Could be some sort of allergy? washed all my clothes last night in my regular good old Tide (had switched to woollite for a bit here).

p.s. do the bumps itch? If you touch the area be sure to wash your hands then use disinfectant wipes on the handle of the water faucet or anything you touch. Staph is easily spread.

Are the bumps just near your naval? What do they look like? Do they look crusty or yellow? Or like small blisters? If so it could be a staph. You could try to put the Mupirocin ointment them for a few days. But I wouldn't  put the ointment any where near the vaginal area though unless you ask the doctor.

Could I have another bacteria causing itch down there?
I was thinking of Staph, not that it bothers me a whole lot but just bit of bumps above my navel that irritate me every now and then.
Do you think Mupirocin cream IV and on skin could provide me some relief?
(reading the posts of other people on this website, I have been eating out of stress and gained about 8pounds weight and too much googling)

That is good news. It sounds like you are healing. If the itch doesn't go away after a while you can ask the doctor for a topical fungal itch medicine but I wouldn't do it without the doctors advice since it is a sensitive area.
take care,

Went to see the gyne today and everything looks good, no signs of infection or anything of that sort.
He suggested using antihistamine for few days to break the itch cycle. But all the tests including yeast have been negative. Also HIV has been conducted 30 days post exposure with a negative result so I can breathe and so is everything else negative.
I will give my body time to heal coz now it's only slight bit of external itch so leaf hope it will go away with timw or I will contact my doc again.
Thanks for your feedback, it's highy valued and appreciated..

Well, since he went from the anal area into the vagina it could have any bacteria that normally is in the anal area. That is a lot of different bacteria. Examples are E. coli and other bacteria in the (Enterobacteriaceae) anaerobic bacteria also possible enterococci. You can look these up there are a lot of them. It could be yeast as well. They should really do a vaginal culture on you. Does it hurt urinate also? If so get a urine culture done too. You may also just have pain from the tear. the area where the bleeding happened could have gotten infected possibly too. I would see a gynecologist.  But, I would retest yourself for HIV in about 35-40 days after the exposure with the HIV 4th generation duo test to be final on it.  In the meantime have you tried a yeast treatment? You can try a 3 day yeast over the counter kit. See if that helps.

Let me know how it goes.
