i have green thin saliva in morning only when i spit more it comes clear and also have a problem of constipation cant feel hungry

You have several parasites? Often times you can get co-infections with a couple of parasites. Did they put you on parasitic meds yet?
I would imagine that you may have a hookworm because that would cause bleeding and anemia, in addition to what ever else. I'm  sorry you have this but it is very treatable.

Oh, so do you know which parasite? Was it a tapework or pinworm etc?
Parasites can cause bleeding and abdominal bloating, pain and other symtoms. Did they give you meds for it too and explain what to do about it?

the stool was positive for RBC,WBC,paracites,mucous not for bacteria
they didn't test stool for bacteria

You need to find out what your stool was positive for. Give them a call and ask the nurse. Or, are you going to see the doctor for treatment?  It could be positive for bacteria, or parasitic infection or blood in the stool, or even a virus. So, you need to find out what is going on. Let me know what they say.

doctor gave me the test for t3,t4,TSH, liver function test and complete picture of blood test my stool test was positive and doctor said me that u have no ulcer don't know whats the matter

Sorry for some reason my watch list messages are not going to my email and I didn't get your message until today. It sounds like reflux, which can happen from the ulcer and treatment until you are finished with the treatment. Hope you feel better sooon.

They really should test you for H. pylori, but it sounds like they are treating this properly. They may have tested  you for it without telling you through a specimen you gave them or a upper GI or Gastroscopy.  Usually, ulcers are caused by this bacteria and it takes a long course (or long time) to get rid of it. Don't worry about the green saliva. Sometimes with blood in the gut you can get breakdown products of blood , and it can appear green, as could extra bile.

no they did not test me the blood come in mouth in one morning only due to ulcer but now yellow, green ,yellow greenish saliva comes in morning only i am taking my pills of ulcer and oral suspension syrup but saliva is still come in morning have no stomach pain , no  sore throat

Did they test you for the bacteria Helicobacter pylori, which causes the ulcer? Also, what antibiotics and pills are they giving you?

It takes months to heal an ulcer. I think it probably is coming from the ulcer.

Do you have a cough as well? If not any stomach pain? I think of two things one is an infection if you had a productive cough or sore throat. THe other is perhaps it is bile from the gallbladder or a stomach ulcer something along those lines might fit since you have a lack of appetite as well and constipation. You may be backed up due to the constipation. I would see  a GI doctor and have them give you an exam as well as perhaps some scans.
