Does it have anything to do with hiv? Cause the gast doctor keeps asking me if I have any transmitted disease. Just worried over here

It means you were exposed in the past to Cytomegalo virus. Most people are exposed as children but some get it somewhat later. It is a very common virus and not an STD. Usually, you don't even know you have it.
