Please help, STD

Early Jan 2010 i allowed a women friend to perform Oral sex on me, I didnt know that Oral sex caused HIV so easily. About 10 days later i went to see a Dr an he told me I had a UTI so i took the meds. At around the same time my wife was preagnant and she took the test on July but came back neg. in the meantime my UTI seemed to get worse cause it would not end... Finally on Sep 10 I told the Dr tobtest me for every STD. it came back neg.my urine problems whent on for over 1 year but then they seemed to go away. When I felt better I started to feel sudden chills. March 2012 i whent back to the Dr and she gave me an overall health test wich she said looked fine i still feel chills and my worries dont allow me to think or eat or live I am very suicidal. What should I do next? Please help.

Oh...the health community in general is going from STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) to STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection)

Have you talked to this "woman friend?"  Did you ask her about her STI status?

Problem is that I only allowed 3 months before testing. Its not my guilt, after that day my body feels strange.

It sounds like you got a clean bill of health from your doctor.  And maybe you miswrote the following "I didnt know that Oral sex caused HIV so easily" because the truth is that oral sex is not a mode of transmission for the HIV virus.  If there is nothing physically wrong with you then I would suggest looking at the mental health side of things.  Having tremendous anxiety can lead to a whole host of problems including a severely decreased appetite.  It weakens your immune system and therefore you cannot fight off things such as the common cold as easily.  Just a thought.
