Over the past few months ive had a bad time, noticed loads of blood in my stool and on toilet paper, also sometimes green mucus attached to my stool, my stool seems narrow and i go from constipation to loose stool going about 3 times per day sometimes 4.
In a mater of 10 days i lost 2 stone going from 19 stone muscular  to 17 stone, literally droped off me in 10 days - 2 weeks. i was rushed to ER with surviere stmach pains on a couple of occasions.
After the 2 weeks my weight has maintained and i have even gained a stone back, but 8 weeks on the stomach pain is still very much always there, sometimes worse than others but its always there, mostly on my right side, either lower or aroundliver area.My worse fear is that it is cancer, but im only 30 so hoping that im a bit young.
The blood i get is bright red in colour.
The tests ive had so far are:

Chest Xray--OK
Stomach Xray---OK
Full abdominal Ultrasound-- OK
Sigmoidoscopy --OK
Barium meal -- OK
Barium Enema   they couldnt check the right side accurantly as they said they think food stil in it.
camera down throat -- OK

Could this be a servere infection of somekind, also i have noticed a swollow lynth node under my right arm pit, about size of a pee.

i really dont no whats going on, im really worried, the pain is always hurting me and i constantly feeling tired.

PLease help me doctor

hi:
i don't think it is sort of infection,
further blood test and stool examination is required
Dysentriasis is a far clue.
guess you shall see an oncologist!!
