Hello hope you are doing well.
Without evaluation I may not be able to confirm the exact cause of your symptoms. The possible causes could be boils; folliculitis or cysts.Vaginal cysts usually form when a gland or duct becomes clogged. This leads to collection of liquid or another material in the cyst. The cause of a vaginal cyst depends on its type. They can be painful if they get infected. Infected vaginal cysts can form abscesses. Do not scratch it or pop it off. This may lead to spread of infection. See a healthcare professional for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Best luck and regards!
