Also, do you wear contact lenses? Or have you gone swimming in a hot tub? The eye pain with brief blurry vision and some of your other symptoms could be related to Acanthamoeba keratitis. I would see an Opthamologist to double check your eyes either way.

Tell your doctor you want to be tested for a parasitic infection. Don't take no for an answer. Every test possible. Also, go to your eye doctor asap. What you described is exactly what they cause in the eyes. You've tried all you know and are still begging for help. I didn't see any mention of what I suggested. Please let me know how it goes.

I am sorry you are going through all this. I think to start with since ANA had a homogeneous pattern and your Lyme was negative you should do some more lab tests if you can. It may be a autoimmune disease. The tingling in the extremities and bruising point toward that possibly. To rule out Lupus and some other autoimmune diseases you can't just rely on the ANA because it does come up with some other things as you heard with Lyme and other things. But when you can get other tests see another rheumatologist and see if they will do a anti-smooth muscle, RA, anti-DNA and there are some other tests. Did they already do these tests? You want 6 or more to come up positive to prove you have lupus. Also do you have a facial butterfly rash or joint pain? Sensitivity to light? Hard knots in the skin? That could be other things not lupus. Tinnitus is common in a lot of people I have it too. It may not be related. Sed rate is not specific but usually is high with Lupus. So, hard to know since yours was normal. Scleroderma and drug induced Systemic Lupus are positive for the ANA with that same pattern too. The MTHFR is non specific as well and looks at Homocysteine which can mean something if your lipid panel is off too. Have you also had an echocardiogram and EKG and 24 hour monitor to check your heart since you have had some odd pain in the chest? Also is your blood sugar normal (no diabetes)? I don't really know what is causing all this. I am just trying to help you rule out some things and maybe you will find out what is going on. This is based on my educational background and personal experience. I am not a doctor.
