yest infection? please help!!!

okay first i want to say PLEASE HELP!!! i have a yeast infection and it had been really bothering me. atleast i think it is a yeast inefection. it is very itchy and i get white discharge and i have had them before. i have been to the dr and he did a swab told me it did look like a yeast and told me to take monistat .3 welll i took the monistat 3 and it didnt work i waited the week still nothing tried the canesten one pill that they advertise on tv still nothing and again i tried the monistat 3  and yet again nothing. i am getting really confused now since i have been having these on going and they are getting in the way of me being able to be intimate. i want to start a family soon! what on earth do i do? like ive been to 3 different drs and they just shrug it off as normal. I know its not an std becuase i have been tested and so has my parter, but like honestly im getting a bit ticked off. please help. thanks!!!

yes thanks for the help! i shower and i use special soap stuff that doesnt irritate and it doesn have soap. i never thought to try cranberry juice/pills but i know eating yogurt can help also. i can use the vagisil or monistat cream and that helps with the itch but the pills that you take orally never seme to work for mei . i am going to finish my last pkg of birth control pills and try one more thing if it doesnt work then i guess im going to demand to be seen by an obgyn! thx guys!! ill keep posted :)

no we dont use condoms anymore. even when we did use them we used laytex free. we dont use any lubricants and i dont have any toys. i am very careful as to what goes in and out of my body. and i have had my partner checked to see if he was infected but he doesnt have it at all . v_v im getting ticked cause it has yet come backkk again and its so hard gtn an appt. w/ an obgyn cause i need to be refered but no dr has!

a culture? the only thing they have ever done was taken a swab this was on my recent visit last month and the results didnt come back w/ any problems

Do the doctors do a culture on you instead of just looking thru a microscope?  What do the culture results say?

annnd one last thing!!!! it seems that all this has started when i first became sexually active... could it be a possibility that im alergic to his swimmers?

also i have noticed yesterday that i am strting to get a little bit of brown and peachish discharge ive never had that before when i had a yeast however i am supposed to be getting my period w/in the week so i dont know if its because of that?
