Ligamentation Pull?

I am 6 weeks pregnant with pain on my right side, the side in which my tube was removed because of etopic pregnancy eruption.  What causes other than etopic pregnancy pain that could cause this pain?  There is a pulling/throbing pain.  Sometimes it hurts most where my incision is.  The pain sometimes goes into the right side of my back also.  I am also constipated. Tylenol does help but I find myself taking it up to three times a day. Please help me understand what may be going on with my body.

f you had the tube completely removed then it is not likely to be on the right side. However if you had only partial removal then you are at risk for an ectopic on the right. You will likely do another beta HCG and see is it doubles on 2/22/08 and obtain an ultrasound of your pelvis if you have not done so already. Please folllow up with your doctor closely for any concerns or questions.

New reply:
Please see your doctor as soon as possible. An transvaginal ultrasound should be done to see what is in the uterus and what may be on your right side. The ultrasound will give information as to what may be causing the pain on the right--like an ovarian cyst or corpus luteal cyst (cyst the develops in the ovary after ovualation to produce Progesterone). I hope you have seen your doctor or are planning to see your doctor soon.

It could also be a corpus leutum cyst that you get from your pregnancy.  It's what produces the homones to stop you from ovulating again.  progesterone i believe.

but I dont know if that would cause the pain in you back.. def go to your doc
best of luck

Make sure you go to your doctor to get checked out. I had similar pain after the delivery of my second child and it turned out to be a blood clot in my ovarian vein. My pain was in my right side right near my right hip bone and it radiated to my back and then down my leg when it was severe. Yours could be something different but best to check it out - especially as you are pregnant.

ON MONDAY FEB. 25, 2008 I HAD A MISCARRIAGE AND I AM STILL HAVING THE PAIN THE RIGHT SIDE. THE DOCTOR MENTIONED THAT IT COULD BE A CYST IN MY OVARY BUT THAT WAS IT .  HE SAID THAT THE ULTRASOUND REVEALED THAT THERE MAY BE A CYST ON MY RIGHT OVARY BUT I WAS SENT HOME WITH THE DIAGNOSIS OF A MISCARRIAGE AND TOLD TO GET MY HCG LEVELS CHECKED TO MAKE SURE MY LEVELS ARE GOING DOWN. I WAS ON MORPHINED WHEN I WAS SENT HOME SO I FORGOT TO ASK THE DR QUESTIONS?  SHOULD I STILL SEE A DR OR WILL IT PASS WITH MY BLEEDING?
