unexplained urinary urgency

I am a healthy 49 year old woman taking no medications but has a high level of stress lately.
For a week I have had an urge to urinate all day with no pain, blood in urine or any other apparent symptoms.
I don't think I have a UTI,  maybe the bladder lining is irritated? Possibly by certain foods? I am not sure
what it is or what to do to relieve the discomfort. Any suggestions?

FInd out the SOURCE of the inflammation...do you have inflammation anywhere else?  Migraines due to food allergies/additives?   These can be signs of inflammation and clean food eating helps--for me anyway.
