Bleeding

For about two weeks now whenever I poop it is extremely painful. The other day i looked at the area and I have a cut along the opening which hurts very bad. I don't know how I couldve gotten this cut? I wear thongs everyday so I don't know if that could be a cause...?
Will this go away? What should I do to help heal it? Or should I be concerned about something entirely different

Also I forgot to add I have had small bleeding but today was definitely the most painful it's ever been and the most i've ever bled when I first saw it I thought it might be my period
