Grumbling Stomach

Im 16, and for the past 3 years my stomach grumbles all the time when i go on camps, sleepovers and during exams! its so LOUD and so EMBARISSING! im so sick of it.. does anyone have any suggestions?

when i was your age, my stomach did the same and continued.  later in life, i came to find out that I am lactose intolerant. since I started drinking lactose free milk and eating lactose free dairy, no more noisy tummy. try it for a few weeks and see if it helps. lactose free dairy products are available at most good markets. good luck.

Could it be because you're hungry ? try eating a snack before you go into the exam or have something to nibble on .
If it's still grumbling maybe go to the doctors about it .

Usually the stomach grumbles because theres nothing in it to digest :)
