Hi, your problem is not related to the gallbladder. You seem to be anxious about certain issues, nervous at times with an attitude to avoid social interactions. The symptoms described by you occur in certain disorders like avoidant personality disorders, social anxiety disorders, panic disorders, general anxiety disorders and borderline personality disorders. You should consult your primary care physician for therapy. Regards.
Thanks a lot for guidence. I have another problem i.e. too much thinking on injustices in the society, always thinking about doing something for others socio economicall upliftment, and haveing good governance in the country where i leave and for those courntires for which i have some affection, giving detail reasoning for minor universal facts, sociall behavious, and polical development to others who talk about it, while i am not a polically active person. Secondly i am very selctive while talking to strangers, which altimately prevent me to leave a socially engaged life. I need a enough time before getting socially involved with new peoples who have diffrent type of lifestyle then to me. Thirdly my mode mainly remains off with my relatives, and discuss only inevitable things(if i get a friend at the same time, suddenlly my mood changes). This gives me altimatelly streess. I try my best to change this lifestyle, but failed. Does this problem with me is due to gallstone or i have another health problem?
Hi, any structural abnormalities of the gall bladder like stones or polyps need surgical correction. The stones can chronically irritate the gallbladder wall and cause inflammation and pain. This can cause dyspepsia and pain. Also, this chronic irritation is a predisposing cause for gallbladder cancer. If the stone is placed in the neck of the gall bladder, it can cause retention of bile, with stasis and consequent infection. So, the best option would be to have an elective gallbladder removal. Regards.
