Is there any hope for people with IBS and constant Nausea?

I am 24 years old I have habe been struggling with chronic nausea and abdominal pain for the last 2 years. 2 years ago I had my gallbladder and appendix removed due to gallbladder disease but I still struggle with daily nausea that rarely goes away. I have had every test imaginable done, including EGD, colonoscopy, swallowed a camera, blood tests, stool tests, barium swallow x-rays, and CT scans. The doctors are stumped and have labeled it IBS which i feel is a cop-out. This is no way to live!! I have tried going gluten free and dairy free which worked for a few days then I began to feel sick again. It does not matter what I eat or how healthy I eat...I always feel nauseous but I never actually throw up. I am at the point where food terrifies me and if I have something planned for the day I just dont eat until after so I dont feel sick. I take promethazine throughout the day and nortiptyline at night and these help my symptoms somewhat but I have to make sure I take them or I get worse. I also always have peppermint oil with me to help ease some of the nausea but it never takes it away completely. I have noticed lately I keep getting the nausea in my throat and it has a burning feeling which feels terrible! When I get this no medications help and I just have to lay down and try to sleep through it. This is seriously effecting my work life, school life, and social life! I find myself making excuses to not have to go out because I dont want to go out with friends feeling nauseous. I have a very understanding boyfriend who is helping me through this but I hate burdening him with me feeling sick all the time. Has anyone tried anything that has helped them get rid of the nausea? I have broken down in tears at my doctors office many times because I hate feeling nauseated all the time. If anyone has any ideas to try or things that have helped you deal with this I would love to hear them!!
Thanks.

Yes they did take a biopsy of my stomach when they did the endoscopy. The tested for celiac which came back negative in both the biopsy and the blood test, and they also tested for H. pylori blood test at throught the biopsy and that was negative as well. The only "diagnostic" thing they found was that I have a hiatal hernia which they havent done anything about.

In all the tests that were done, did they take a biopsy during the endoscopy? Or did they just look around? Just wondering if they tested properly for celiac (which can cause chronic nausea). If it's celiac, some people also react to oats and even coffee, which can trigger a gluten-like response in sensitive individuals.
