Pain in my upper/middle left back, not muscular, accompanied by digestive symptoms.

For the past few days I've had this ache in my upper/middle left back, sort of in the middle of my ribcage area. At first it only showed up at night and was frequently accompanied by some fairly loud bowel sounds that went into the morning. The morning was usually accompanied by some foul gas (but the pain was gone) I didn't link them together at first because I had an IBS flare on Sunday and I figured I was just recovering. Today however the pain has continued, along with the bowel sounds. Nothing seems to be making it better. I'd hoped a BM after a few days (hadn't had one since the flare on Sunday) would offer relied but alas, I'm sitting here with an ache that won't dull even with applied heat. I'm worried it might be something more serious, but I have no earthly idea what. My mind goes to something wrong with my pancreas even though the pain only very rarely radiates to the front. I've had a kidney infection before and this is not one, for the record. I have stopped taking an antidepressant (Latuda) in this time (it's supposed to be taken with another medication- Remeron- I have to wean myself back onto), but I don't think the stopping could cause anything related to this. Also potentially relevant, a month ago I'd been having pain my psychiatrist confirmed was probably gallbladder pain on my right side that probably occurred because my Remeron  caused over-eating. That pain isn't present anymore.

It's freaking me out and I'm kind of desperate for any kind of insight. I know my IBS can cause weird symptoms that are nothing to worry about, but this is unusual.
