Please help me ASAP :(

For the past couple of months ( maybe 2 months ) but it's been very very hard for me to take a poo. It's like I'm constipated everytime I need to go..it takes so much effort to get it out :( and sometimes I can't even get I out ! I've been having tummy aches at the bottom of my tummy too this is usally when I haven't pooped. My sister has had te same symptoms as me (6 year old) and she's been given medication and haven't been having pains and it's helping her poop. The problem with me is I won't tell anyone..
I don't eat any fruit at all and don't eat very much fibre food either. I don't exercise much either. Do you any of you know what this is called or do I need to get medication and see a doctor

Take magnesium citrate in the morning.

Start eating fruits and vegetables and chew thoroughly.  You can take Metamucil for the other kind of fiber, but you will need to drink lots of water.  Digestion won't work if you don't take care of your diet.

Sorry to hear what your going through. If your having problems using the restroom what I would possibly go to the store and buy over the counter stool softener that should help a lot with your constipation or the other thing you can use is prune juice that will also help soften the stool. good luck
