Stomach pains. I need help. Advice plz

o i have had a pain or discomfort for about 2 weeks now and i been to the doctor and had an xray and they said everything was fine. I been to the er 4 times because of stomach pains and had blood work done (cbc) and pee test and everything came back fine. I been having loss of appetite but im gaining it back slowly. I smoke weed like all summer and now i dont smoke as much and idk if that is it. I also have bowel movements at different times than i use too and my stomach is constantly making noises. Most of the dull pain not servere is right under my rib cage on the right said and sometimes my back hurts and between my shoulder blades. I been diagnosed with aniexty the pass week because i thought i had cancer. Which doctors said i didnt. Im 19 btw. Advice or help.plz!
