Change of IBS symptoms

I am a 40 yr old female with a history of IBS with constipation.  Since mid July, I have gotten very sick and do not know what to do.  I have severe nausea every day, vomiting, diarrhea, I can barely get myself going in the morning and to go all day is a big chore.  I was diagnosed with diverticulitis with out a ct scan and threw up the antibiotics.  I go to the VA they have done some labs and nothing was found any help with what to do or where to go from here would be wonderful, also have not eaten in over 2 weeks, just clear liquids.

You could try magnesium citrate, glycerine suppositories, stop dairy.  Find out if you have anemia.  You need information.

Well normally for diverticulitis they would give antibiotics.  If it is strictly constipation, then you could try MiraLax.  But diverticulitis can burst and you can die from it if it serious enough, so I'm concerned they think you may have it.
