Went in to the ER for abdominal pain....CT scan shows a ton of issues?

For some reason, my intestines become inflamed, causing me a tremendous amount of pain. I finally had a full CT scan (in the ER), and I am worried about some of the results: lungs with dependent atelectasis? (no consolidation or plural infusion). Liver appears heterogeneous and decreased in density? Asymmetric perfusion along the falciform? Avascular necrosis on the femoral heads? When I look these up, they seem like something I should be concerned about. However, my pc seems only to be concerned with the Avascular necrosis on the femoral heads. Should I be concerned with any of the other findings?
