Yellow Poop

Last year in August, I made a terrible mistake and I ended up on PEP medication. 2 days before I finished the PEP course I started feeling ill, yellow diarrhea. I did finish the course though and tested for HIV after 30 days, 60, days and after 6 months and I tested negative but the diarrhea didn't stop. I have been to multiple doctors, I have done countless blood testes, ultrasounds and they all came back clear but the yellow diarrhea is still there. What could be the problem and how can I be helped. Its been over a year now and I am in constant discomfort.
