yeah i agree

most left-sided pain is related spasms in the colon which is muscles being over stressed for whatever reason if u feel it is from sitting at a desk all day try some exercise at home or just walk around for a few minutes at work if u can.stress plays a huge role in ibs.
now sometimes a lot of pain can be referred pain and so the pain u actually had in the right appeared on the left sounds confusing but it can be quite dificult to locate pain in the abdomen
check with your doc

Sounds like this could be IBS. I had spasms also. You Gut and Stress levels can go hand in hand. If your stressed your gut reacts, If you eat foods that are not good for your gut...It stesses the colon, hence it causes stress all over. Thinking, concentrating, etc.

I would definetly ask a gastroentoogist .... My sister also had this years ago , it was stress related.

Good Luck!
