why do i poop like that?

ok so for the past 3 days iv been constipated and i am getting really frustrated that  cant use the bathroom and i have no stomach pain well i did in the beginning but now i don't every time i try to use the bathroom either can or cant but when i do its little like strips well thats what i can push out i have been taking stool softeners but i don't see any results plus i have been drinking dietary fiber the one you mix in water but same as the softeners nothing no blood or anything crazy like that though so i was wondering if anyone would help me ive tried many things but yesterday i pooped a good one same as today but just cant do more that one stool at all just like i said i poop like 3 to 2 strips at a time or none at all!?!
