Why it burns bleeds and hurts

I have a 17mm kidney stone. They put in a stent that is more painful than the stone one month ago and I've been hospitalized 3 times for infection.  I've had a lot of blood in urine every day all day the burning and pain are unbearable. I can't have Lithotripsy because my insurance doesn't cover 100% and my heart condition has me unemployed for 12 more weeks.  The hospital keeps sending me outpatient when the surgery is done in the hospital. I'm left having to go to a county hospital for help but I want to know if this ammount of bleeding is normal with the unbearing burning and pain I still have in the kidney and abdomen. I've had stent before and never had issues with one and with my heart condition they took me off my blood thinners so I know thats not causing the blood
