WHAT IS THIS MADNESS?....Seriously.

If you want the actual question go to the bottom. But i recommend reading the whole thing. Sorry about my grammar ,i tend to be the kind of person to blabber and ignore spelling on forums.

Ok, if you're a doctor prepare to be baffled, i have seen this on multiple forums but no help was provided there....
So here is the problem. In 2012 i got tested negative for lymphoma and the doctor said it would eventually go away....heh.... So it freaking spreads over the next year....ALL OVER MY NECK and i actually had not noticed until an oncologist had felt it when i got tested for another tumor on my leg which turned out to just be a cyst.... she said that if they persist then contact me. So by this time i start to get nervous because i have had swollen lymph nodes from the back of my head to my chin. When i talk to the oncologist again she says that they have not grown at all and that they are probably scarred and will last for the rest of my whole damn life.....What....the....****....now i think i have solved the problem but i want these things OUT OF MY HEAD. They tend to hurt randomly and when i mean hurt i mean like someone was taking tweezers to your head and holding down as hard as they could.

Now what i really want an explanation on is if they are not cancerous how the hell are they spreading like it, with absolutely no symptoms....?

No not a biopsy, it was 4 separate blood tests over the course of when i found them... all 100% normal
I came here because i got 3 opinions that all never gave me an answer as too why they were spreading....they all just said oh you will be fine!
I went to see an oncologist because of something my doctor identified as a possible tumor on my leg a few months after being deemed ok by the first doctor..she gave me an mri on my leg and found nothing but a cyst which is explainable but i never got any form of biopsy on my lymph nodes and when i asked for one i was asked if i had an anxiety disorder and now everyone just thinks that. But if that was true they are just pushing it forwards because no one is giving me a real answer.... but i am going to look into autoimmune diseases a bit more.

Sorry...accidentally posted the above before finishing.

Also, the fact that they are very painful doesn't correlate with Lymphoma.  Most lymphomas are painless.  Your doctor is correct about scar tissue forming within the lymph nodes causing them to always be swollen.  Perhaps it's the scar tissue that is causing the pain.  So, my hypothesis is you likely don't have lymphoma, but should probably seek a second opinion as to what is causing them to swell, and especially because they are causing you a great deal of pain.

I'm not a doctor but I am a Lymphoma survivor.  So let me see if I get this straight...

In 2012 you had a biopsy of a swollen node that turned out to be benign.  Since then you have developed many more swollen lymph nodes that are painful but have stopped growing?  Hopefully I summed that up correctly.

Now for a few questions.  An oncologist is a cancer doctor so if it was benign why are you seeing an oncologist?  Have you had another type of cancer in the past?

Biopsies are pretty conclusive and if yours came back benign then I wouldn't be too worried about lymphoma.  Have you had any blood work done and if so were the results normal?

You have hundreds of lymph nodes through out your body and the usual culprit for making them swell is infection, autoimmune diseases and several other causes, but rarely lymphoma.  Also,
