From what you have described it is hard to tell if what she has is leukemia or lymphoma, but these disease entities are possible.  Other symptoms that can point out to these diseases would include unexplained low grade fevers and weight loss.

To settle things, you may want to discuss with her doctors regarding doing a biopsy of the accessible nodes such as that from her clavicle or from her groin area.  Other possibilities would include infections, whether bacterial or viral.

If this is indeed leukemia or lymphoma, then the disease is treatable and even curable depending on the type and the extent of disease.

Next time, pls create a new post for a new question so we can see the question.

Regards.

Thank you for your response concerning my 2 year old grandaughter.  My son got
a second opinion and the diagnosis was totally different.  X-rays taken and read by
a radioligist and it stated she had an injured collarbone with a fracture that appeared
as a protruding bone that had not healed properly.  My grandaughter is healty with a
good appetite and has not lost any weight.  What do make of this? If this is the case will
this bone not be visible as she grows older or will it be always visible???  How can a
pediatrition make the first diagnosis as a lymph nodudle stating possible lymphoma
and it would have to be removed.   Confusing.  Your opinion on this.
