MY 3.5 YEARS OLD GIRL GOT 3 JOINT CERVICAL LYMPH-NODES. SHE IS VERY ACTIVE AND GROWING SMARTLY. SHE HAS NO SPECIFIC SICKNESS. OFTEN SHE GOT RUNNY NOSE. I NOTICED THIS NODES WHEN SHE WAS 18 MONTHS ONLY. THAT TIME IT IS NOT TOO MUCH LARGE LIKE NOW. DOCTOR OVER LOOK IT. 5 DAYS AGO I SAW SOMETHING UP LOOK TO HER NECK. I GO TO DOCTOR THAT TIME, DOCTOR SAID IT IS NOTICEABLE NOW. 1.54 CM 1, ANOTHER 2 IS BELOW 1 CM. THEY ARE NOT PAINFUL. BUT MOVABLE. ONE IS LITTLE HARD BUT TOUCHING SOFT. OTHER TWO SOFT. DOCTOR GIVE SOME TEST TO ME. HER CBC COUNT HB 10.6 LOW FROM THE RANGE, RANGE 11.5, PLAT ELATES 140,000. LOW FROM NORMAL RANGE 150,000.
IRON BINDING IS GOOD BUT IRON IS LOW. HER LYMPHOCYTE 68, RANGE 50, ESR 11. HER TB TEST RATE WILL GIVE TOMORROW. TODAY DOCTOR SEE HER AGAIN, SHE HAS POLYPS IN HER NOSE. MY ONLY ONE DAUGHTER, I CANT THINK ANYTHING, PLS HELP.

That is strange that no other doctor saw lice before. I wonder if there might also be some other kind of parasite involved. I don't know that a node only as small as an apple seed could be felt under the skin. That's unusual for a node.
It's good to hear the correction that the supraclavicular node is not involved.
None of the symptoms seem like lymphoma at all. Maybe the lice carried some infection.
With the nasal inflammation, maybe there is something that she is breathing in, like in her pillow.

Yesterday night i went to a ped oncologist, she saw my daughter and said nothing it is. Her cold and itchy scalp and some lice in her hair make those nodes. I saw a very little one node lower neck tend to enlarge but it not larger than 0.5 cm. I heard supraclavicular nodes are warning sign of malignancy. But doctor overlooked it also.

Sorry that is not supraclavicular nodes, it is posterior superficial cervical lymph nodes. it is like apple little size seed.
Still the big one is big, she got still cold. Runny nose too.her supravasculer one node little touchy. Like 0.5 cm. I am really confused. Tomorrow i will go to a ped oncologist. For take her concept about her.
Dear friend, these nodes all gone in a day, only big one still now that is may be 1 cm in diameter. i just really wonder, whats going on! in a day all nodes gone big one become small!. Oh, Allah is great. Thanks my dear.
She got little cold and little scalp type itchy in her head. Her 1.2 cm nodes little enlarge today. It seems 1.5×1cm. What you think its for cold virus? If it is enlarge for cold now. Can we determine that total enlarge of this nodes for virus ? I again said she has no any other odds. Cyrrently she got runny nose and little cough. She had allergy in nasal pass and litlle scalpy itchi in head.doctor tell me wait and observe. But i just not get peace when see her nodes.

It is interesting that the big nodes do not get smaller, but they get softer. I don't know why that is, except maybe there is some granuloma from bacteria in the nodes.
I would guess that the thing to do is to patiently finish the 10 days of Cefixime. Maybe the doctor will want to give even more days of Cefixime, if the nodes still continue to get smaller.
Also, I would be giving her yogurt, and not much sugar. In the intestines of every person are good bacteria that are necessary for healthy life. An antibiotic can kill the good bacteria along with killing the bad bacteria. Yogurt might help prevent that, and also prevent bad yeast from taking over in the intestine. In the worst case, you can see white patches of yeast inside the mouth.
