"Her platelets count 151000"
Things look good then. Maybe that 114000 was just a bad test, sometimes something just goes wrong with a test. Hopefully, she gets another CBC test in a week to make sure.
You must be very happy.

Today got her current cbc and ldh test report. Her platelets count 151000 as just normal. Ldh still but low than before 590.rbc and hemoglobin and wbc all normal range. But her lyphocite count is high 65.
All nodes getting small. Only that node. That node also getting small but slowly.other nodes become 0.5 cm, today when she sleep i take the biv ones measurement, big one is 1.2×0.7 cm. After that i go for a cbc test today. I thought about pplatelates now. Otherwise antibiotic done the job well. Yrsterday i see her doctor. She said contunue meds, and she also said nothing there for specific lymph problem. It is gradually down. My child's weight, temperature, active everything normal.let you know todays cbc results. Thanks.
Well, 114000 is getting lower than expected. I'd want frequent CBCs now. Every week, just to be sure they aren't dropping very badly very fast.
It's possible for some drugs to reduce platelets number. E.g., "Demonstration of an immune-mediated mechanism of penicillin-induced neutropenia and thrombocytopenia."

But that would be rare.
You can ask for a sonogram of the big node. Only a biopsy tells for sure; but even so, a sonogram can still tell a lot of things.
She has given for 4 months phenoxymethyl penicillin 125 mg. And montilucast 4mg.
It is interesting that the big nodes do not get smaller, but they get softer. I don't know why that is, except maybe there is some granuloma from bacteria in the nodes.
I would guess that the thing to do is to patiently finish the 10 days of Cefixime. Maybe the doctor will want to give even more days of Cefixime, if the nodes still continue to get smaller.
Also, I would be giving her yogurt, and not much sugar. In the intestines of every person are good bacteria that are necessary for healthy life. An antibiotic can kill the good bacteria along with killing the bad bacteria. Yogurt might help prevent that, and also prevent bad yeast from taking over in the intestine. In the worst case, you can see white patches of yeast inside the mouth.
