ALT/ AST and T BILI all elevated

HI i am 34 year old male, weigh 315 pounds, ex smoker, do not drink much at all, started dieting 4 weeks ago and have lost 28 pounds. I wen't to get a physical before dieting and excersise plans. My bloodwork came back as follows:
GLU-129 H
ALT-83 H
AST-32
T BILI-1.1 H

After 4 weeks of Dieting and excersise full of fruits and vegatibles and good lean protein, no fats(butter) ,no starches, and absolutly no sugar, i felt great!!!! I am alert when i wake up, not lethargic during work, like my life was coming back into my body. I am only consuming 1300 calories a day. Went back to doctor for follow Liver panel workup 4 weeks later:

GLU- 80
ALT-84 H
AST-65 H
T BILI-1.5 H

I am truely concerned, Can my new lifestyle raise my liver enzymes?  What should i do now? Shoud i change my diet? Any help will greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!1

Thank you,

Hi Patrick,

I was looking up the meaning of T-bili and found your info. What is ALT, AST, and T-bili?

You should see a hepatologist or a gastroenterologist about your numbers. Your glucose appears to have responded well to your diet and exercise regime but your liver numbers warrant further testing. Get a referral from your doctor to see a liver specialist. Mike
