Abnormal Labs in Teenager

My daughter is 18 and is a very active college athlete.  She was recently seen for abdominal pain and nausea with frequent vomiting.
Some of her lab work came back "abnormal" according to the lab ranges.

Hemoglobin - 11.8
Hematocrit - 35.6
RDW - 14.2
Monocyte - 12%
ALT - 59
Chloride - 107

The doctor wants to see her again, but she is very skeptical about medical treatment...missing class and practice, taking medicine...I had to drag her there in the first place.

Is there anything alarming here?  Are the abnormal lab levels all related?

Thank you!
