Asymptomatic hypodense faintly visual nodules on liver

What can these asymptomatic hypodense nodules in liver which are faintly visual canbe.the largest is 2.5×2 cm.ther is no evidence of primary malignancy or any history of such disease either.the blood work and liver functions are normal. The ultrasound of whole abdomen normal with normal functions of kidney spleen uterus ureter small bowel loops pancreas .the findings in liver are incidental.the pap smear results are normal.hrct with contrast of upper abdomen and chest showed normal lung and other things with no pleural effusion .the biliary ducts are undilated.only thing amiss are the nodules and slight enlargement of liver.6months ago it was just a fatty liver with no signs of any nodules please can you tell what these can be.
