Elevated blood tests and 2 cm. spot on liver

Due to aches and pains, my Dr. ordered lab work which came back with high levels of: LDH is 365, GGTP 257 ALT 109, numbers have changed little in the last 3 mths.  We were thinking it was the Black Cohosh I had started taking for hot flashes.  Sent to Gastro. Dr. for ultra sound and it came back with 2 cm. ? on the liver.  So going in tomorrow for CT scan with dye.  I am 57, good health with no major issues.  Dr. said with how things looked by the blood work she would say it is a fatty liver, however I am not obese, (could lose 20 lbs).  So now I'm wondering what is going on.  Would appreciated any info so I will be educated when talking to Dr.  Should I be seeing a liver specialist?

That helps clarify yet also confuses...My AST was high in the first test, 80 but in the follow up tests it has been in the 30 range.  ALT has ran from 210, 67 then 109.  Have been checked for all the hepatitis issues with all negative.  I am a non-drinker as well.  I guess the wait is on to see what the ct shows!
Thank you for the info!
