I had moderate fatty liver 3-4 years ago and after good dietary regimen and sports my liver enzymes were good. Now after 4 years of my last liver enzymes test what's your opinion about my fatty liver?

Is it true that intense exercise can damage the liver or increase enzymes? I have these levels and am worried my liver is damaged from medication-

AST 49(10-40)
ALT 91 (10-45)

Well it can get high from anything from foods, anxiety meds to just plain ole tylenol. With how many meds we take generally, you know a tylenol for a knee pain from running, etc. Having fatty liver isn't uncommon.
