Flaxseed confusion

I HAVE read so many conflicting things..Is flaxseed oil bad for the liver or not!  Help

I don't know of anything particularly about it but I am always a little skeptical about supplements. I have read it can reduce the absorption of other vitamins and medications so it might be prudent not to take it at the time you take other medication or vitamins and take it with plenty of water.

I doubt that it has caused you more damage but I know very little about most supplements and even less about flaxseed oil.

I'm afraid to keep using it now after I thought I was taking something good .now I'm afraid I did more damage :(
